Morava Corridor Motorway Project Engineered highway drainage layouts for a major motorway corridor, sizing culverts to corridor conveyance thresholds, reducing flood-risk exposure across critical infrastructure sections in a high-discharge environment. Translated river regulation assessments and erosion/scour screenings into constructible mitigation proposals, bridging hydrological analysis with on-site engineering decisions.

Evaluated timber structural systems, load paths, member sizing, and connection details, producing code-aligned design packages that advanced the delivery of low-carbon, renewable construction solutions. Applied structural analysis to cross-laminated timber assemblies, contributing to designs that reduce embodied carbon without compromising structural performance.

Built an autonomous competitor price monitoring system that improved pricing alignment with margin rules and sharpened seller competitiveness, directly contributing to increased customer conversion rates. Reduced out-of-stock risk on key inventory items by tracking availability gaps and coordinating with sellers through weekly KPI dashboards, supporting quota attainment across assigned accounts.

Developed Hydroblock, a rainwater-based passive cooling system for residential buildings that operates at near-zero energy consumption, targeting the AEC sector's cooling challenge, where commercial buildings spend up to 60% of energy on cooling alone. Designed the system to integrate into separator walls without basement infrastructure, combining water conservation, flood mitigation, and thermal comfort into a single low-cost solution.

Coordinated end-to-end recruitment operations for 50+ active candidates across multiple roles, managing interview scheduling, candidate communication, and ATS database accuracy to support timely hiring decisions. Organized internal recruitment events by aligning logistics and stakeholder communication, ensuring smooth execution and clear internal coordination.

Managed financial operations across 5 sub-teams, overseeing budgeting, expenditure tracking, and resource allocation to keep technical projects on schedule and within scope.
