Kesia Pires de Oliveira
Country General Manager @ Telstar
About
With over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, I’ve learned that success is driven by constant innovation and the ability to lead with a clear strategic vision. I began my career in validation and quality assurance at major pharmaceutical companies, where I developed a solid foundation in rigorous processes and compliance. Every challenge faced was an opportunity for growth, guiding me into leadership positions where I could make a significant difference. Currently, as Country General Manager at Telstar, a global company within the Azbil group, I lead operations in Brazil, managing a diverse portfolio that includes business development, financial strategies, and compliance. (INSERT RESULTS - SPREADSHEET SENT) My role goes beyond mere resource management; it’s about creating lasting impact, fostering robust organizational cultures, high-performance teams, and a customer-centric approach. Additionally, as a Data Protection Officer (DPO), I am responsible for aligning the company with LGPD, ensuring that data protection is prioritized across all business dimensions. This experience has strengthened my ability to navigate complex regulations and implement robust compliance programs, essential in a global business environment. My career also includes a significant role as Finance Manager, where I lead a dedicated team to ensure financial accuracy and optimize internal processes to support the company’s growth strategy. This role has given me a holistic view of the business, integrating financial analysis with strategic decisions. In parallel, my participation on boards and committees, such as being a Board Member at ISPE and a member of the Integrity Committee at SOS Children’s Villages, reaffirms my commitment to corporate governance and business integrity. In these roles, I contribute to the development of ethical policies and the strengthening of organizational transparency. My goal is to collaborate with professionals and organizations that share the vision of transforming challenges into opportunities and generating a positive and sustainable impact.
