Finance, Audit & Compliance • Liaise with the Group CFO to develop and monitor annual budgets. • Set performance targets; ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and financial reporting. • Maintain auditable records for all financial information in the Company. • Provide strategic financial input on business issues impacting the Country and companies within the Group. • Central point of contact and liaising with the various regulatory bodies, responsible for ensuring and achieving compliance with all local regulations, rules and laws across the business dimensions. • Manage liabilities and funding requirements, manage commercial banking relationships. People Development and Leadership • Liaise with Group Head of HR for recruitment, employee orientation, staff disputes and other staff and work related issues. Monitor and measure management performance. Customer Service • Evaluate, monitor and drive best-in-class standards within the working departments, improving company culture of “Customer Satisfaction” amongst the organization.

Responsible for managing, adapting and monitoring the company for compliance with the LGPD (General Data Protection Law) and other standards. Main Responsibilities • Responsible for the Privacy and Personal Data Protection Program. • Disseminating the culture of personal data protection through training. • Process mapping, risk analysis and monitoring of data processing plans. • Support in the development of documents and policies in compliance with data privacy and information security controls.

Main Responsibilities • Controllership: Manage financial controls, compliance, and reporting processes to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data. • Accounting: Oversee financial accounting activities, including financial statements, reconciliations, and compliance with local and international accounting standards. • FP&A: Lead financial planning and analysis activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and providing strategic financial guidance to senior management. • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports, analyses, and insights to support decision-making and drive business performance. • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, promoting a collaborative and high-performing work environment. • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks while ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with overall business objectives.

Responsible for Consultancy Department in TELSTAR Brazil performing activities: • Management of Consultancy area including the project management related to the start-up of the facility , commissioning, qualification of equipment and utilities, process validation and cleaning validation of computerized systems, audits, implementation of quality systems, risk management and allocation of consultants in customers; • Management a team of 35 consultants, with 04 project managers and 01 Commercial Manager, other consultants; • Develop business strategies and development of new lines of business for the Life Science market; • Development of new customers, new projects and business proposals, calculation and design teams. • Participation in TurnKey projects for defining, structuring and standardization activities; • Development Budget, commercial and financial management through monthly reports to the headquarter containing financial and quality Kpi; • Responsible for Quality area and global ISO certification maintenance; • Training and technical training of internal and external teams.

Consulting for the Pharmaceutical Industry, Cosmetics, Veterinary, Medical Devices, Pharmacology and Medicinal Gases, Biological and others in Latin America. •Project management in the Consulting and technical service area (team of Thermo Equipment Qualification). •Project management in the Consulting area (quality systems, validation, qualification and audits) including budget and profit control, schedule and activity of consultants/technicians. • Quality Assurance and projects assessments (design) of facilities (pharmaceutical industries, pharma-chemicals and medical devices). •Development of new clients, new projects and commercial proposals, calculations and measurements of teams. •Revision, development and execution of qualification/ validation (utilities such as pure vapor, compressed air, PW and WFI as well as HVAC, systems, equipment, computer systems as ERP, LIMS, SCADA, MES, etc., processes and cleaning). •Development of the Validation Master Plan, Site Master File and EDMF. •Audits: GMP mock inspections and Supplier Qualification. •Development of risk management programs. •Training and technical capacitation of the teams.
