Responsible for sales with a primary focus on increasing the strength of current and potential customer relationships through the promotion of deposits, loans, fee-based services, and credit needs. Prospect possible business partnerships, make connections, present seminar with specific focus on how we can offer a banking solution for both business and consumer. Utilize and promote the Branded Sales and Service process, using the prescribed tools while interacting with the Customer/Financial Service Representative for referral activity.

Responsible for meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly key metrics in the sales aspect. Prospect current customers for additional wireless services and new customers for gained business in the wireless footprint. Increase customer satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service and providing individualized solutions for each customers' need.

Working for a non profit organization is always rewarding in many ways. Not only did I work directly with the club members, which cater to mostly lower income children, but I interned in the main office in Cincinnati.
