My role was the development of new clients & retention of long term, clients for The Physio Co through the development of the company’s position, marketing strategies and sales systems.

My role was to motivate and manage my team of BDC's to develop and hire qualified 'C Level' leads for new business development. Manage the sales pipeline , create sales plays and generate weekly reports for management and overseas Directors. Highest achievement going to London to present my methods of transforming my team from under performing to highest performers Globally. Customers include ING, BHP, Rio Tinto & Westpac.

My role is to generate new business leads and strategies and coordinate the sales team and pipeline. To manage the clients expectations and achieve the desired deliverable results proposed to client in every project. Work with strategic partners to ensure every opportunity is maximised.
