I began writing StarCraft 2 articles for oGaming and occasionally creating graphics for them as well. Near the end of my time with them, I was the Wordpress admin and had custom designed our website with help of our graphic designer.

I am responsible for hiring of new writers and organizing a schedule of content creation. I format and post articles using Wordpress and then promoting those same articles using multiple social media outlets (Facebook, Twitter, etc.) I also design stock images needed for articles and have a firm grasp on Adobe's Photoshop program. I utilize many tools to delegate and track ongoing tasks with my peers and editing team. I believe communication is key to success, and being respectful of peoples time is very important. I am constantly promoting our team and it's players on various social media as well as keeping our fans involved with team news and results. I review data provided by Google's analytics, Twitter's analytics and other measuring tools used for improving web traffic. I work with team managers to provide compensation to writers when attending events or creating content that requires professional editing.

* I lead the design and development of all mYinsanity eSports related programs. This includes the following duties and responsibilities. * Management of our professional teams followed by creation and delivery of information to our content and social media staff. * Work directly with our roster of pro players for the development of their properties. * Manage mYinsanity eSports teams and handle team, player and sponsorship opportunities. * Execute on the delivery of sponsorship merchandise related to our professional teams. * Recruit, evaluate and propose strategy for new teams and markets. * Lead the development of all eSports programs and oversee their execution. * Develop and distribute management level reports in support of business reviews. * Act as a mYinsanity ambassador to eSports teams, gather feedback from pros related to issues, events, games, rules, news, features and report back information. * Liaise between pro teams and mYinsanity to ensure teams are properly scheduled, travel, accommodations and last minute issues are handled.
