Generating reports tracking revenue against monthly and annual targets of each desk. Working in coordination with the COO, AM desk heads and the finance team on drawing up the annual operating plans. Monthly monitoring of business units costs and expenses. Managing staff related HR issues, vacation, sick leave and the allocation of staff training.
