The Ash Group is a WBENC certified woman-owned company. - Responsible for managing Recruiters and Associate Recruiters hiring for contract and direct hire positions throughout the US.

■Responsible for restructuring recruitment organizations, which include, but not limited to: re-designing open requisition process, created internal/external recruitment guidelines, developed consistent branding to the external market, developed “Recruiting Dashboard” capturing monthly metrics related to recruitment ■Developed and implemented HR programs: Employee Referral, Internship, Immigration, Rehire and Relocation Programs ■Create and facilitate workshops focusing HR Managers and recruiters on matching the right candidates to the right job and culture ■Partner with internal clients to develop staffing strategies and develop and implement cost effective recruitment plans that minimize time-to-fill within the United States, Canada and Europe ■Responsible for recruiting full life cycle process to include: requisition creation, sourcing candidates, behavioral interviewing, offer negotiation, and background verification.

Manages all aspects of the recruiting process, including: sourcing applicants, reviewing qualifications, conducting phone screens, participating in on-site interviews, checking references and extending offers to cadidates. Manages external relationships. Works with vedors, colleges, community organizations and other candidate sources. Ensure candidates have a highly positive experiece during Level 3 Comunications recruitment and selection process.
