I assisted the sixth grade teacher in grading students’ work and tutoring when necessary. I put together lesson plans and activities to teach students about other countries and cultures. I supervised children during morning, lunch, and break activities. I also taught an Algebra I small group of 10 students from 6-8th grades.

As a Heath and Wellness Coordinator, I provided patients with information regarding cardiovascular screenings and assisted them in scheduling their appointments. I educated patients with information for annual wellness exams and ensured they attended follow up appointments after the testing, and kept track of patient information through a secure system.

As lead toddler teacher, I created and facilitated lesson plans and activities suitable for children between the ages of 12 and 24 months to enhance gross, fine motor, and language skills I provided personal and sanitary care, as well as a safe and enriching environment for children to explore and grow, and encouraged artistic exploration and self confidence.

In this position, my responsibilities included addressing the questions and concerns of the guests, offering assistance, information, and recommendations about products and brands, and administering opening and closing procedures and paperwork in a timely and efficient manner.

I left Florida Gulf Coast after receiving my associate's degree and finished my bachelor's at the University of Central Florida in Orlando.

I graduated with a degree in interdiscipline studies with focuses in elementary education and communication, and a minor in creative writing. I received the Bright Future's Scholar award, and made the Dean's List every semester.
