A highly dedicated and service-driven individual who aspires to use her knowledge and experiences to inspire change in the criminal justice system and social service field. Kerri-Ann prides herself on working to the best of her potential to improve her community and the world at large. Her interests include advocating for criminal justice reform, immigrant rights, poverty alleviation, education equality, gender equality and domestic violence. She strives to gain new life experiences and aims to continuously educate herself and others about social justice issues in the changing world. She has obtained a Masters Degree in Criminal Justice with a focus in Human Services. Through her course work, she has developed the ability to conduct quantitative and qualitative research, and has learned effective ways to work with at risk populations. Kerri-Ann possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills, an open mind and a positive attitude which allows her to reach diverse groups and address sensitive issues.
