As Global Director responsible for overall quality and safety of end-to-end construction, commissioning, and telecommunications provisioning for Meta data center capacity • Lead a global team of Safety professionals charged with developing and delivering world class safety programs used to mitigate risk of injury to tens of thousands of construction worker delivering Meta data centers worldwide • Lead a global team of Quality, BMS, and Commissioning SMEs charged with developing and delivering world class construction quality program leveraged to ensure on time delivery of scheduled capacity that meets Meta standards of excellence. Drive all commissioning activity that ensures that data center systems function as designed and are duly integrated for top performance and reliability. • Lead a global team of Telecommunication experts focused on excellence in building out Meta’s telecommunications infrastructure including inside and outside plant fiber connectivity through effective provisioning of all networking switches that route traffic to and throughout DC campuses.

• Develop and drive strategies to expand, deliver and maintain reliable connectivity of Facebook’s global fleet of data centers. • Develop healthy global supply chain and partner engagements leveraged to fulfill growing need for data center capacity • Lead world class global organization focused on providing timely telecom construction and operations services while remaining an industry leader in delivery and innovation.

• Development of Facebook Data Centers strategies in the Eastern region of United States. Constructed structured cabling infrastructure, both ISP and OSP fiber systems, and connect Facebook Data Centers per telecommunications philosophies. • Hired, developed and managed site personnel charged with project execution and data center operations across six locations and over 15 MSF of hyperscale data center. • Drove Greenfield construction and maintenance of all structured cabling infrastructure for data center production, management, and general systems. Established and communicated clear goals for site cabling builds and operations while developing system for business control.

• Responsible for construction and operation of telecommunications infrastructure / network supporting Facebook’s Forest City, NC Data Center. • Drove construction activities aimed at delivering both inside plant and outside plant fabric infrastructure used to deliver compute capacity to the portfolio of Facebook data centers. • Negotiated for and manage vendor engagements leveraged for major retrofits and break fix operations.

• Leader of regional organization focused on real estate strategy and operations for IBM owned and leased properties in the 20 central states of the United States of America. Engaged with IBM executive teams to align IBM corporate real estate directives with business unit strategic priorities. • Management of annual operational budget for the Central Region. Charged with improving IBM’s cost position within territory while enhancing work space climate and facility reliability. • Direct site environmental programs to ensure that locations were in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations with respect to chemical management, waste disposition, and site environmental impacts. • Negotiations with landlords, contractors, and other service providers to ensure that support is optimized and corporation receives best value.

•Drove engineering assessments across all disciplines (i.e. Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental, and Architectural.) Identified areas with deficiencies, developed capital improvement plan to address and managed project plans to correct. • Managed reliability program for IBM strategic Data Centers, developing a capital improvement plan to mitigate risk of outage for over 200 KSF of raised floor space, and overseeing $50M in infrastructure improvements. • Ensured compliance with local, state, and federal regulations for chemical management, waste disposition, and site environmental impacts, achieving 75% waste recycling and 8% energy conservation targets. • Awarded 2011 IBM People Manager Global Award and 2012 RTP IBM Outstanding Leadership Award for successfully driving teams to overachieve corporate objectives.

• Managed $15 Million in annual expenditures, maintaining and improving IBM’s 7M sq ft facility at Research Triangle Park, including general maintenance, housekeeping, grounds, shipping and receiving, and central utility operations. • Developed a high-performing work environment for 65 employees and supplemental vendors, ensuring maximum effort and results. • Developed site deliverables and performance measurements for 15 IBM sites, tracking program effectiveness and operational cost reductions as a member of IBM’s Engineering, Operations, and Maintenance Process Team. •Developed energy management program for IBM’s RTP site and negotiated with local utilities to ensure best rates available. Initiated proposals aimed at reducing energy cost and hedging company risk against volatility in the energy markets.
