• Responsible for Solar on ground, Solar Floating project and Wind farm Project in developing phase, project implementation and planning and involve in all stage of project development from MOU, PDA, PPA, CA. • Determined the scope of work, draft and developing the TOR such as: TOR for solar & wind project consultancy for feasibility study, Grid impact study and EPC bidding process. • Consultant and EPC bidder Clarification and evaluation for Solar & wind projects. • Revised, comment the FS, ESIA and Grid impact study report prior to submitting the report to GOL, prepared the project over all development plan, technical presentation defends with MEM, EDL and MONRE to get certificate approval letter. (Solar 2 projects up to 520 MW, Wind 2 project up to 1000 MW). • Prepared and summarized project presentation material and present to off-taker such as: EDL, EDC, EVN and another shareholder partner. • Lead the team to study the project in parallel with the consultant such as: Solar & wind project location selection, desk work study, project layout conceptual design and planning, Solar & wind resource assessment and Energy Yield Assessment (EYA) analysis. • Solar and Wind Expert Engineering especially on Energy calculation & Energy modeling. • Hydro-Floating Solar Hybrid system conceptual development, technical advisor of new technology for solar panel brand, Inverter, BESS, Wind turbine, Solar radiation measurement, Wind met mast & wind speed measurement station. • Liaising and good connection with Lao government authority such as: MPI, MEM, EDL; representative for CSE to coordinate and work closely with international consultant such as: ILF, TRACTEBEL, AFRY, POWER CHINA, IES, HUAWEI, etc. • Multi task and multi–Project Management, Project budget planning, monitoring & control, project schedule & Maning planning for Namphak Solar project 300 MW, Namkong 2-3 Floating solar 220 MW, Namphak wind project 800 MW and Nam E-Moun wind project 200 MW.

Renewable (Solar & Wind) Engineering with over than 8 years of solar project engineering. Experienced with all stages of the Project development phase MOU, PDA, PPA, CA in Lao PDR, as technical advisor and Owner engineer, conducting technical detail review for Solar, wind Feasibility study, TOR, EPC and consulting Tendering document, bidding clarification, contract review & negotiation and project construction monitoring. Strong background in Solar-wind project technical engineering, Solar-wind resource assessment, Energy yield assessment and modeling. Multi project management, wide connection and good relationship with Consultant, GOL and EDL.

The main tasks and responsibilities: • Review Hydropower projects Feasibility study, Project financial modeling re-study & Evaluation to find the possibility way for EDL-Gen to shareholder and invest in other IPPs HPP. • Study the condition term to negotiate with IPPs Project • To be representative of EDL-Gen to coordinate with the Project developers and IPPs companies. • Monitoring EDL-Gen subsidiary and IPP company projects progress work, prepare quarterly and annually report for Board and Annual Shareholder meeting. • Electrical Engineering and responsible for EDL-Gen a Mega-Solar project 100 MW located in Vientiane capital, monitored project construction and inspection, followed up construction monthly report. • Work closely with EDL for technical part, PPA Contractual Obligation and negotiation, Joint Workshop, Seminar, meeting with Ministry of Energy and Mine, Support project information for ISO Compliance Obligation.

Duties and responsibilities: • CATIA drafting/drawing, mechanical engineering design for automobile component product. • R&D for Vehicle Seat component, develop and design a manual recliner and lifter break new product. • Developed the seat recliner product, Experiment test and Product quality Evaluation and analysis to meet TOYOTA, SUZUKI, DAIHATSU, MAZDA technical standardization. • Prepared & designed a prototype of new release seat recliner product to show on AISIN, TOYOTA group automobile parts exhibition show.
