This included implementation of reporting solution, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), dry run, and parallel run testing. • Project Manager, driving Finance Change initiatives for the bank, including detailing, steering and executing the finance agenda. This involves streamlining processes, investment governance, systems implementations, impact analysis, requirements gathering, maintaining project plans and updating Clarity project management tool.

VT iDirect is a global leader in IP-based satellite communications, providing technology that enables service providers and satellite operator partners to optimize their networks, differentiate their services and profitably expand their business. • Responsible for all Financial and Managerial reporting of monthly results to parent company (ST Engineering) in Singapore. • Prepared financial slides for 5 board meeting per year as well as on an ad hoc basis. • Developed monthly reporting pack to Executive Management team. • Implemented Excel4Apps GL Wand tool that standardized and automated reporting across the finance function. This allowed for automated refreshing of reports that were previously manually prepared and reduced errors. Also implemented BudgetWand tool that allowed the FP&A team to easily load and manage budgets and forecasts in Oracle. • Implemented automated uploads of financial data using Hyperion FDM mapping tool to standardize monthly results submissions. • Co-lead on team to implement a Corporate Performance Management (CPM) tool. This involved requirements gathering, putting out an RFP, reviewing submissions, evaluating on site demonstrations and implementation of chosen tool. We were mid-implementation at the time I left the company.

• Manage all internal reporting, budgeting and forecasting activities for the Reston Shared Service Center which includes over 50 BT companies with combined revenue of over $1bn annually; communicate results to senior management; identify areas for improvement and help drive corrective actions. • Manage team of accountants and financial analysts that record all financial transactions for Revenue, Cost of Sale and SG&A to ensure that transactions are recorded accurately. • Maintain Sarbox documentation and ensure that all controls are met. • Successfully project managed deployment of Oracle OBIee Reporting suite tool. • Successfully project managed deployment of Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) reporting tool in BT Americas, advancing internal reporting cycle by two days and improving consistency and accuracy of management information. • Successfully managed through launch of new Oracle Platform ERP project that included new chart of accounts and significant changes to project and customer level reporting. • Managed team through a global outsource whereby 50% of the total finance team were outsourced to India. • Responsible for internal reporting, budgeting and forecasting for the Americas regional results. • Held monthly review calls with CEO, COO, CFO, and director of Sales Operations. • Prepared monthly and quarterly results presentations for Central Finance in the UK. • Advised accounting staff of proper P&L treatment for various types of revenue and expenses.

• Responsible for analyzing monthly Balance Sheet activity for Concert Network & Systems group across greater than 40 Legal Entities. • Reviewed historical accruals and facilitated the monthly close process. • Produced quarterly statutory balance sheet reconciliations, and briefed management. • Took lead in working with internal and external auditors. Upon the dissolution of Concert, worked closely with auditors and senior management to divide the balance sheet between the two parent companies (AT&T and BT).

• Responsible for monthly close process for Selling, General and Administrative (SG&A) expenses. • Recorded journal entries in Oracle and analyzed activity, making necessary adjusting entries. • Responsible for monthly reporting of actual operating expenses for Network & Systems group, ensuring the integrity and adequacy of monthly accruals. • Responsible for analysis of SG&A expenses, briefing management on overall results. • Liaison with Planning group on budget/actual variances.
