In my capacity as a Board Member, I am responsible for providing objective oversight and strategic guidance to the company’s executive leadership. My duties include contributing to high-level decision-making processes, ensuring the implementation of sound corporate governance practices, and promoting adherence to internationally recognized business standards. I participate in board deliberations with a focus on investment strategy, risk oversight, and regulatory compliance. Additionally, I support the long-term strategic positioning and sustainable growth of the Company through informed, independent counsel.

RE-PIE is Turkey's first real estate portfolio management company which is authorized by Capital Markets Board of Turkey in 2015, to establish real estate investment funds. Re-Pie also added the establishment and management of private equity investment funds to its scope in 2017. There target of the "First Diversified Technology Private Equity Investment Fund" is to invest in companies that provide technological solutions in cutting edge innovation and technology industries. The Fund aims to become a partner of multiple companies that have technology and innovation- oriented business models with high growth potential through capital or share transfer. As an Advisory Board Member, I provide strategic oversight and expert guidance on potential investment opportunities across a diverse range of startup verticals. My responsibilities include evaluating early-stage companies for alignment with the fund’s investment criteria, advising the Investment Committee on deal viability and portfolio fit, and recommending high-potential startups for further consideration. I also contribute strategic insights to the broader Board, supporting the fund’s mission to identify and back innovative, scalable ventures with strong growth potential.

Sina Biotechnology started its activities in 2020. It was established and structured with the representation of the domestic and national high biotechnology products at home and abroad. It offers R&D facilities for research projects, clean room production facilities for finished products, and a worldwide marketing network for ready-to-sell products.
