Developing Springer Rare Earth and Gallium Deposit near Sudbury Ontario.

Co-Founded Atom Bits, a Canadian Diamond Drill Bit Manufacturer and sold it to Hole Products in December 2022.

Developed Pick&Winston Zinc Mine into Feasibility stage, with IBA stage with the FN Community. Negotiated financing options with off-takers, and mine financiers.

Acquired Forage Mercier in Abitibi, and grew operations from Quebec-only to NE Ontario, New Brunswick, Chile, Peru and Mexico. Rig count went from 7 to 16, utilization increased 45%, and revenue increased from $2m/annum to $16m gradually.

Worked on projects from Scoping study level to closure across Canada, Uruguay, Chile, US, Sudan, and Eastern Europe. Trained geologists on geomechanical logging for pit design and rock quality purposes.

In charge of rock mechanics and ground support for 3 underground mines and one open pit. Started in geology department, worked in smelter for two months, and took stope school for 2.5 months, learned to install ground support systems, before moving into rock mechanics position for all the mines.

Worked on various exploration projects around Turkey, with clients Newmont, Riot-Tinto, Teck, Inco, and various other juniors.

Worked at Dalaman Dam Construction, Drilling and grouting, slope stabilities, and Urfa twin-tunnel construction.
