Responsible for all accounting process of two group companies. Including book-keeping, depreciation calculations, preparation of tax declarations, month-end and year-end processes etc. Reviewing solo IFRS tables and preparation of consolidated IFRS tables, Controlling CMB reports before announcement. Integration of newly acquired companies into corporate accounting and reporting frameworks. Managing tax office relations and tax refund processes for VAT and Corporate Income Tax. Preparation of monthly and yearly budget. Compare budget, actual, and forecast figures, analyze discrepancies, and discuss variances with relevant departments. Working closely with external auditors to ensure accuracy and compliance of financial reports (both Tax Consultants/auditors and Independent Auditors). Responsible for calculation of inflation adjustments for both IFRS and Local GAAP. Reviewing and making relevant revaluation calculations in terms of both IFRS and tax legislation for financial investments such as Funds, Eurobonds, Stocks, Derivative Instruments in all group companies.
