Fusebox integrates consumers and energy systems in its flexibility trading platform to enable better integration of renewables, reduce CO₂, and earn large and SME consumers money back from energy markets. As HR Manager, I lead HR operations during a transitional phase—developing internal policies, contributing to ISO 27001 implementation from the HR side, and enhancing employee experience by organizing team events and engagement initiatives. Managed growth talks across the company to support employee development, and handled recruitment and onboarding of new team members. The role concluded as the company moved in a different direction regarding its HR strategy.
