- To promote image of Springfield through affordable channels such as advertisement, events - To ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of uses of school resources including equipment. - To develop and provide training to all relevant staffs on promotion and marketing activities. - To monitor the implementation and execution of marketing program. - To train and manage receptionists about customer services, administrators, school driver, support staffs, cleaners, and designer. - Build up and strengthen good relationship all parts of staffs and be creative for good working environment. - To review and maintain security and safety of school premises and property. - Manage Khmer General Studies Program - Prepare Khmer curriculum / schedule - Lead and welcome all students at entrance - Conduct teacher observation - Liaise with Ministry of Education Officials, and other department for any issues. - Monitor teacher & student’s teaching hours. - Check and follow up school’s disciplinary for teacher and students. - Record student list: new, old and stopped students. - Prepare document form for teacher & student use. - Follow up student’s absent & call inform to student’s parents. - Monitor student’s equipment. - Cooperate with all departments for Managing student’s action during breaking-time. - Recruit employees of all level and both Khmer and foreigner - Prepare Weekly Report, Yearly Report send to Board of Director. - Prepare report to Khan office education and Phnom Penh of Education Department - Establish the annual master schedule for instructional programs. - Oversee students’ discipline - Build up and manage student’s parent relation - Arrange regular teacher meeting - Perform other tasks assigned by Board of Director.
