- Made +50 hires across the company: Sales, Marketing, Operations, Data/BI, Corporate, Product – Junior to VP-level - Designed and launched a new Internship Program, from branding, candidate pool targeting, sourcing, recruiting and evaluation processes, hiring managers/interviewers briefing, onboarding and candidate cultivation - Initiated Campus relationships by representing the company, for the 1st time, at Grande Ecole Career Fairs and created a strong database of prospects to support interns’ recruitment for the next years. - Built hiring dashboard across teams - Strongly participated in the implementation and launch of 1st ATS and introduced best practice processes to French and Italian teams

- Led hiring for general consulting, McKinsey Digital Lab, Research and Graduate program “New Leaders Program” (talents based in France, UK, US and North Africa): managed end-to-end recruiting processes (from nurturing to onboarding post hiring); - Designed and coordinated a common interview process across 6 African Offices - Led or supported 50+ recruiting events, on and off school campuses in France, UK and US, inviting up to 100+ participants. - Participated in defining yearly hiring strategies for the Moroccan and all African Offices - ATS and data referent for Africa – Lead EEMA Avature Super Users team - Led internal hiring collaboration projects and office events

- Supported 1000+ students per year (day-to-day monitoring, informal coaching) and organized exams for 2500+ students (Baccalaureate, admission tests, competitive exams); - Initiated key events for students: tutoring program for 400 students, entrepreneurship & tech conferences - Led female handball teams (25+ players per season) to national competitions, coaching them and organizing weekly training sessions, as part of the high school Sports Association.
