Leads the full stack team in developing data-driven web applications in the area of AML compliance and scaling the AI lab's data science capability through the development of smart apps.

- Responsible for the full stack development of the Design Validation Test (DVT) web infrastructure and improving the foundational tools of Aruba hardware labs. - Architected a traffic generator solution that interfaces with Aruba’s hardware to create a next generation traffic generator for the lab, - Built various reactive web application in Vue.js and Django backend for to automate parametric test execution and measurements - Created an asset management mobile app and web solution in Microsoft Azure SQL and Microsoft PowerApps to track the ins and outs of inventories of the hardware lab - Technical coach and lead to enable team members in deliver the automation of DVT and Parametric execution and process improvements. - Python programming training instructor for the Aruba HW Singapore and Roseville to enhance the programming competency of team members. - Collaborate with the team on opportunities to automate repetitive tasks with Python in order to reduce throughput time and improve work efficiency.

- Primary system architect to a converged tooling solution that focuses on delivering a standard tool suite and converged work flow in delivering test content that is actively used by engineers across Intel worldwide. - Responsible for developing scalable tools and automation workflow in a Microservices Architecture using Python, Flask web framework, Mongo, and REST APIs to streamline the process of gathering and creating test content, converting test pattern, to creating plists and collateral files for test programs, and generating indicators. - Defines the CI/CD process and DevOps best practices to empower developers to collaborate and deliver in an efficient manner. - Python programming instructor for Intel Malaysia Design Center, responsible in conducting technical programming classes across different organizations in Intel. - Leads the organization’s Great Place To Work initiative in creating team building activities and community events for over 900 employees.

- Manages the project life cycle of software applications developed to support the test content creation, validation as well as generate web indicators for management to keep track of Intel's product development cycle. - Leads a team of five developers using Agile methodology to deliver high quality software in accomplishing organization goals. - Responsible in conducting technical classes including Python Programming classes and Web Development training.

- Develops software and solutions in C++ and Perl to enable Intel engineers achieve technical breakthrough silicon technology in delivering products faster, cheaper and better.
 - Integrate emerging solutions and automations to shorten Intel’s product development throughput time. During my 4 years as Software Engineer, I have developed many applications including ATE test pattern generation program, trace to pattern automation flow, and pre-silicon IP integration checker. I have authored 2 published technical papers in different Intel conferences on topics involving in new application or methodology development and automation impacting process efficiency, optimization that contributes to cost savings for the company. I have also underwent 1 year job relocation assignment in 2011 base in Intel Oregon, United States. The assignment require me to partake in knowledge and technology transfer from Oregon back to Penang, Malaysia as well as foster stronger working relationship between different organizations.
