1. Subject-matter expect of Genesys Cloud CX 2. Responsible in full call center projects implementation including architecture design, discovery workshop, requirement gathering, development, user training, customer handling & consultation. 3. Work closely with project teams and provide guidance for technical consultant to ensure successful project delivery. 4. Involve in post-implementation support. 5. Provide first and second level support to customer onsite or remotely. 6. Establish and maintain a professional working relationship at all levels both internally and with the customer by developing a core understanding of the client's unique business needs and competitive challenges. 7. Experienced in call center solution with CRM integration including Salesforce, Zendesk, Microsoft Dynamic 365 and etc. 8. Involvement in presales discovery and solution assessment. 9. Design & built custom applications to cater customer business requirement.
