Facility Staff Engineer • Extensive expertise as Mechanical System Engineer responsible for HVAC system performance through partnership with Facility Outsource team & equipment OEM/suppliers; Extended roles & responsibilities to Building Maintenance System (BMS), establish a procedure for system performance review, enhance HMI fixtures. • Establish Procedures, Work Instruction, Checklist, HIRADC & Environmental Aspect Impact documentation related to HVAC & BMS system. Facility Supplier Management (Outsource Contract) • Managing outsource contract (such as HVAC, Chemical water treatment, BMS) for Scope of Work, Key Performance Indicator, Spare Inventory & Cost Matrix. • Assist Outsource team to meet Preventive Maintenance (PM) indicator. • Perform Quality Management System for PM checklist & records, Performance review for continuous improvement. Energy Conversation Project Lead • Great contribution to Energy Conservation programme resulted 0.76mWh in FY2020 & 1.19mWh in FY2022 via HVAC optimization (Automated Timer & planned schedule) to meet Site Energy Conversation target. • Participated in The World Economic Forum (WEF) contributed partly in sustainability effort. Facility Hook-up Lead • Managing facility utilities hook-up. Work together with Tool owner, IE, Procurement & Contractor to meet the overall hook-up schedule. • Overall in-charge for B1 & 2 level 3 & 4 production expansion project with cleanroom certification of class 1k & 100k. Partnership & collaboration among manufacturing owners & contractors to meet handover schedule. Global Cleanroom Contamination Core Team • Site representatives involve cleanroom design standardization includes flooring, air filtration, air exchange rate, differential pressure, temperature/Relative humidity & material. • Collaborate with QA & Process team for B2 cleanroom design & construction meeting product & process specification.
