Responsible for Group IT Digitalization short-term, mid-term and long-term framework and roadmap. 3. Strategic Planning of Business Plan for effective new digital business development. 4. Accountable for New Digital Business Profit & Loss. 5. Accountable for IT and Digital Development Financial Projection & Sourcing. 6. Accountable for Overall IT, Digital Development and New Digital Business Budget and Expenditures. 7. Oversee IT Digitalization and Digital Development of the Group. 8. Act and map digital capabilities to existing and new business strategic priorities by providing architecture and technology oversight and guidance; 9. Define key metrics, and outcomes for IT, Digital Development & New Digital Business that align with business goals; 10. Participate in new company business opportunities as required, develop proposals and scopes of work as required; 11. Develop and guide the digital innovation and new product strategies of the company; 12. Build strong relationships with business partner, technology vendors and develop first-to-market digital innovation that aligns with team goals and company initiatives 13. Provide management, coaching and professional guidance to direct reports with a focus on developing functional, interpersonal and leadership skills; Establish and execute technology and innovation processes and standards 14. In addition, I am also responsible to plan, develop and manage TC ITECH external business and collaborate with internal & external customers to ensure profitability for the company. Lead & drive business IT strategy and organizational planning for the Groups by developing a comprehensive strategy and plan that is superior and meets the business and customer needs. 1. Provide leadership and direction to the team on execution of business development, program management and IT governance planning; analyse quarterly progress and suggest new strategies based on findings 2. Actively engage with key business stakeholders (internal and external) and cultivate IT value in key business areas. 3. To keep abreast with the latest business partners’ strategies, in order to propose fit-for-purpose solutions. 4. Knowledgeable of the latest IT technologies, and available services, and able to present to the businesses. 5. Liaise with the internal & external business customers, and responsible to explore new business opportunity internally and externally.

Responsible for Enterprise Unified Communications and Collaborations (UCC) platform development and management eg. Identify new opportunity of implementation, explore new capabilities of UCC and manage implementation.

Responsible for Information Workplace technology in the Group. Leading a PMO team that handles project of Cisco IP Telephony and Unified Communications, Lotus Messaging, Sametime Collaboration and Quickr Document Management, Voice and Video Conferencing and collaboration Portal.

Application Architect responsible for office workflow automation planning, design and development. For example, enterprise portal, requisition workflow, leave & expense mgmt system, non-conformance e-report, contract & cost mgmt system, etc..
