• Managing the supervisors of 11 production branches. • Responsible to maintain the production quality according to standards by making daily assesment sheets for 11 production branches. • Assisting the Chinese production general supervisor and the Head of Production Department in making daily, weekly and monthly production plans.

• Liaise with production departments to obtain raw numerical data, then perform statistical analyses using statistical software programs and interpret them into daily, weekly and monthly reports and figures, all in Chinese language. • Managed to redesign the format and formulas of the production files I handle to improve the data’s reliability while also cut down the time needed to process those files by up to 33%. • Supervised 3 junior statistical staffs, one of which is a Chinese people. • Translate Mandarin-Bahasa verbal conversations.

• Proposed a detailed action plan of saving energy resulting in IDR 27 million potential cost saving per month. • Conducted continuous improvement by designing new work instruction for the operators of a molding machine using motion counting technique to improve operator’s movement efficiency, which eliminated 3 seconds/cycle. • Assisted Process Engineering - Kaizen Manager in designing 5 new floor plan layouts and line information boards.

• Led a team of 14 people consisted of 6 divisions. • Designed vision, mission, and SOP for the team.

• Initiated 2 company visits to 4 companies with 50 participants each, to give participants exposure to the real-world engineering jobs. • Organized a student union comparative study with the Student Union of Bandung Institute of Technology and the Student Union of Telkom University. • Led Engineering Cup, a faculty-wide sports competition with >200 students as participants.

• Discovered methods to decrease energy intensity by 1.4 GJ/throughput within 4 years by researching the effects of company’s policy towards the mill’s efficiency.

Built real hovercrafts for human ride from scratch, using cheap and easy-to-find materials within 7 weeks, with purpose of showing fun physics concept for 38 high school students.
