Kenny Koo

With over 30 years of experience in the ICT industry, while being the CEO and Executive Director of Hutchison Telecom Hong Kong Holdings, a leading telecommunications operator headquartered and listed in Hong Kong till Sep 2025, I was responsible for driving the strategy, under the board directives, innovation, and growth of the company, as well as overseeing the operations, finance, and customer service. I have a strong track record of delivering results, enhancing customer experience, and leading digital transformation and expansion in the region and beyond. Prior to this role, I was the Chief Commercial Officer of Hutchison Telecom Hong Kong and Vietnamobile, where I led the marketing, sales, and product development functions, and launched multiple successful initiatives and campaigns to increase market share, revenue, and customer loyalty in the respective markets. I have extensive experience and connections in the ICT industry, and I am passionate about leveraging technology to create value for customers, stakeholders, and society. I am a visionary, collaborative, and agile leader, who strives to foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and diversity in my team and organization.
