* Offer behavioral assistance for autistic clients, with ages ranging from 5-21 * ◦ Teach clients communication, social and behavioral skills to develop individual growth. * ◦ Conduct 1-2 hour individual or family therapy sessions as requested by family or client. * ◦ Maintain log of client progress and need-for-improvement areas while working with Case Workers and Master's level therapists to achieve client goals.

* Coach, teach and supervise 8-12 high school student volunteers with cognitive disabilities transition from a high school environment to the work force * ◦ Creatively foster student learning within the workplace through instructional activities on workplace behavior, workplace efficiency, and life skills such as financial literacy and social skills * ◦ Work with students on an individual level to develop better strategies while at worksites such as Marshall's and other retail stores. * ◦ Document student progress and update student file according to monthly assessments of student performance.

* Administer and supervise daily operations for up to six staff members and 105 cognitively disabled students * ◦ Travel to offsite locations with students and staff to various worksites including Liberty Science Center, Shoprite, Walgreens, Marshalls, TJ Maxx and Modell's * ◦ Utilize creative strategies to help improve overall student morale, including positive stress coping techniques and practical strategies to improve workplace performance * ◦ Maintain proactive relationships with worksites to facilitate an active learning environment that challenges student abilities and adds to their skill sets * ◦ Review and give feedback on daily reports submitted by staff on students' individual improvement areas and achievements * ◦ Communicate daily with various departments in the Jersey City Board of Education, including the Child Study Team and the Department of Transportation * ◦ Communicate and provide translation services as needed with parents directly on child progress * ◦ Fill in as needed for Transition Coaches covering groups of 8-12 students.
