- Provide total solution Consultancy services to sales team on both system design, integration and implementation of below  WAN Connectivity and IP VPN solution - MPLS VPN, Internet VPN, Direct Fiber, Metro Ethernet, Layer 2 or Layer 3 VPN, mobile network private network connectivity  Internet Access Service - fixed internet access on DIA or Business Braodband, wireless connectivity access on Wi-Fi or mobile network.  Fixed Voice Service – T1, IDAP, hunting line, DDI, Direct Line, Fax etc  LAN network infrastructure solution - .cabling, data network, wireless (mobile/Wi-Fi) network and network security.  Mobile Network Solution – IP VPN on 3G/4G network connectivity, dedicated APN solution with lease line integration (provide a private end to end wireless connection without pass through the internet)  Datacenter solution - collocation, cloud hosting and Datacenter connectivity  Cloud telephone system solution - cloud based PABX solution with integration of Metro Ethernet, fixed and wireless IP VPN solutions.  On Premise telephone system solution - Avaya, Cisco, NEC, Alcatel Lucent and Panasonic telephone system solutions  SMS solution – SMS gateway integration, SMPP or HTTP SMS solution.,  Mobile Device management solutions – Blackberry, MobileIron, Good Technology, AirWatch and Soti MDM solution  Mobile Application – Manage vendor to fulfil user requirements on mobile application design and implementation - Work with sales teams for solution selling - Work with marketing team for solution standardization - Tender bidding and solution proposal preparation. - Prepare solution proposal, project presentation and proof of concept for system integration.

- Provide total solution Consultancy services to sales team on both system design, integration and implementation of below  Data networking (Cisco, H3C, Juniper, Huawei, etc)  Email Gateway (Ironport, McAfee, Watchguard)  WIFI network (Cisco, H3C, Ruckus, Aruba, etc)  Network security (Checkpoint, Paloalto, Cisco, Juniper, H3C, Watchguard, Sonicwall, Fortigate, etc)  PABX (Cisco)  Structure cabling - As a project manager for project schedule, post implementation arrangement and vendors coordination. - Cost model preparation for project implementation, maintenance service and maintenance parts - Tender bidding and solution proposal preparation. - Prepare solution proposal, project presentation and proof of concept for system integration.

- Provide total solution Consultancy services to sales team on both system design, integration and implementation of below  Data networking (Cisco, H3C, Juniper, etc)  Email Gateway (Ironport, McAfee)  WIFI network (Cisco, H3C, Ruckus, Aruba, etc)  WAN Optimization & Load Balancer (Bluecoat, Riverbed, F5, citrix netscalar etc)  Network security (Checkpoint, Paloalto, Cisco, Juniper, Radware, etc)  Structure cabling (Panduit, AMP, Systimax, Brandrex, Clipsal, etc) - Coordinate between Project manager, system engineer and different vendor/SI for system implementation and project fulfillment. - Tender bidding and solution proposal preparation. - Prepare solution proposal, project presentation and proof of concept for system integration.

- Customer tender analysis and response - Pre-sales and Post-Sales service to customer - Wi-Fi System design, analysis and implementation (especially outdoor Wi-Fi) - Project management - Network Fiber System design, analysis and implementation - Network problem analysis and consultant - As a technical Consultant to support 7 Ports Wi-Fi operations in both Hong Kong and China

- Lead the IT supports to perform daily supporting tasks to around 300 end users - Provide Windows Server 2k/2k3, Linux/Unix, Lotus Domino Server, wired and wireless LAN administration - As project coordinator for different projects analysis, design and implementation. - Provide technical support for various systems and applications - Perform vendor coordination in different projects; liaise with vendors to maintain the system and equipments in good condition. - Conduct preventive maintenance on computer equipment - Perform product evaluation and recommendations - Prepare documents for system operation, support and maintenance - Provide helpdesk & system support to users
