I have been leading the Assurance Practice, managing a team of over 350 professionals since 2014. I have gained extensive experience in the audit of IFRS financial statements prepared by both state-owned entities, local private businesses and subsidiaries of multinational companies, operating in differing industries, such as pharma, automotive, consumer goods, etc. I was also in charge of our IFRS technical function in Romania, and thereby responsible for the delivery of IFRS trainings and dealing with IFRS technical consultations in our firm.
