Founded DECA Games in 2016, merged with the Embracer Group ($EMBRAC) in 2020 to build up the F2P business in the largest games company in Europe. I was the Executive Producer of Kingdoms of Camelot as it became the first successful core game on FB, setup and managed Kabam's first live ops department, established and scaled Kabam's EU hub in Berlin to 100+ people. I've had the unique privilege to work at EA, Outspark, and Playdom between 2006-2010 as they were all laying down the tracks for the future of free to play and micro-transactions in games.
