Witty Machines is building machines for the food industry to automate repetitive and strenuous tasks. Leveraging smart design and software we are able to offer extremely attractive returns on investment.

Working on teaching autonomous robots perception skills from few examples. Developing and researching 3D perception, reconstruction, autolabeling and self-supervised learning algorithms.

Built a ROS-based autonomous race car. Developed reinforcement learning algorithms for autonomously driving the car from a single RGB camera using sim2real and generative adversarial networks. We developed a custom built simulator based on Unity.

Worked on convolutional deep gaussian process models. Modeling images from a probabilistic standpoint.

Wolt is an on-demand food delivery unicorn from Finland. They deliver food from restaurants through their network of couriers. Joined as the very first employee. At Wolt I built out their internal tooling and logistics technology stack. Ended up running the logistics software development team where we built a distributed service for automating and optimizing the dispatching of on-demand deliveries in multiple cities.

Worked on the Webflow designer and the visual content management system now known as Webflow CMS. Joined among the first few employees.

Working on both the front and backend of the Flowdock product using mostly Backbone.js, Coffeescript, Ruby On Rails and baconjs.

Built websites and was in charge of everything technical.

Setting up customer databases, marketing and CRM software.

My thesis was on teaching robots perception skills from few examples. We explored 3d reconstruction, self-supervised learning, autolabeling, foundation models and smart user interfaces among many other approaches.

Graduated with honours.

Studied computer science and mathematics. I wrote my bachelor's thesis on deep neural networks with a memory component and compared them in the context of natural language processing and question answering.
