Responsible for the analysis of the requisitions. specifications, pricing, delivery and reports of quality. Done arrangement for the pricing like vendor stocking, contracts, and blanket orders to obtain optimum pricing and facilitates the downstream purchasing. Arrange meeting with the vendor to understand and discuss pricing, supply of material, improve performance and to develop effective relationships. Management of the ROPs, MRP, purchase order and monitory usage for supply. Work with existing suppliers for the improvement of the performance and identify alternative suppliers to maintain the requirements of the company. Contact suppliers to expedite materials.

Responsible for monitoring a multi-million dollar inventory on a daily basis. Duties also included: Run Raw Material ROP report on a daily basis. Changed ROPs on a quarterly basis. Cycle count all products from raw materials to finished good, verify all materials that is received, enter all packing slips in the system, monitor receipts, assist supervisor with production planning, taking out bad material using RMA, record all physical counts on raw material, finished good, etc. using Syspro and SAP, working with shipping, production, supervisor, and manager to correct any problems with inventory, track products and materials histories using Excel, developed and maintained an effective cycle count program, communicate with all persons involved with inventory/receipt issues, make inventory adjustments, and assisted production.

Responsible for maintaining and operation of Matsuura and Pratt Machines. Duties also included: Sanding, knifing, de-burring, assembly, picking, and packing of Thermal Management parts. Maintenance of machines, which includes: fixing tools, life over alarms and APC alarms.

Responsible for assembling J750 pin 512 and pin 1024, using drawing prints. Duties also included: Assembling doors, cables, power supplies, wire harness, and the dibs were all part of the sub-assembly process. Kitting, inventory and stocking cycle courts. Preparation of card-cage and casting. Soldering of PC Boards and also harnessing with J750 cables.

Developed the ink production schedule daily using SAP, historical data, and forecast. Monitored Finished Goods Inventory levels at local (Michigan) and offsite (Netherlands, China, Hong Kong) locations. Planned stock transport orders for stocking outside inventory locations. Worked with the department supervisors to determine status of production schedule and raw material shortages. Used SAP and forecast to determine proper raw material stocking levels, worked with the buyer to plan buying schedule, maintained SAP and raw material master to update reorder points, used SAP to view material movements, quantities on order, current on hand balance to ensure availability of raw materials to complete production schedule. Served as Agile Analyst for processed ECO’s and met the task lists to update work orders, material masters, and obsolete inventory.
