Dr Kenneth U. Ebong is a Serial Entrepreneur, Author, Philanthropist, Leadership & Strategic Management Coach, and a Consultant to Public and Private Sector businesses. His vision is to inspire his generation to greatness through Coaching and Role modelling. He is the GMD/CEO of POTENT GROUP (POTENT WORLD GLOBAL LTD, POTENT DEVELOPERS, POTENT FARMS, POTENT ACADEMY). The Company have interests and investments in the Oil & Gas, Real Estate, Farming, and Educational Sectors. He holds a Doctorate Degree (PhD) in Public Administration from University of Uyo, Uyo, as well as a Master of Science Degree (Msc) from National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN) and a Bachelor of Science Degree (BSc) from Ambrose Alli University (AAU), Ekpoma, Nigeria. He has Certificate in Building a Strong Organisation and Professional Leadership Diploma from the Covenant University-ALDC in 2025. He also attended Project Management College, UK and obtained a Certificate in Project Management Programme (PMP) in 2011. He attended Wharton Business School, University of Pennsylvania, USA, April – July, 2022 and Certificates in Entrepreneurship. He is a member of several Professional Associations such as Society of Petroleum Engineers-SPE PHC Section, Nigerian Political Science Association (NPSA). He is a Fellow Institute of Management Consultants (FIMC), and Certified Management Consultant (CMC), Fellow African Institute of Public Administration (AiPA), Ghana. A recipient of NNLA Award for Leadership in Business Transformation Prize in 2021 by the Nigerian National Legacy Awards, Honorary Doctorate Degree in Business Administration (DBA) from the London Bridge Business School (LBBS), UK (Affiliate of Northeastern University, USA) in 2023. The Champion Newspaper Philanthropist of the Year 2024. He is an adjunct Lecturer, Research Reviewer and Supervisor at POMA University, Benin Republic. His Research interest is in the areas of Strategic Management, Leadership, Innovation, Entrepreneurship, Strategic Planning, Development Studies and Community Development Strategies. He is the Author of a book “THE POWER OF INSPIRATION”. He has presented and published several Academic Papers and Articles in several local and international conferences and journals. Beyond the boardroom, He is deeply committed to humanity through the Kenneth Ebong Foundation (KEF). He has organized a Bi-Annual Free Medical Outreaches in the last 3 years that have touched the lives of over 1,500 adults and children in Ekput Village, Ibiono Ibom LGA, Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria. He is happily married with Children.
