Having built my career across leading global advisory firms throughout Europe and Asia, I now embrace a new chapter as an in-house strategic leader at CSTS Enterprises (https://csts-enterprises.com).My formative decades with Deloitte and PwC shaped my core expertise spanning cross-border M&A, global capital markets and large-scale transaction advisory, leading deal portfolios ranging from $20M to $1BN+ for corporate and private equity sponsors worldwide.Previously serving as Strategy, Risks & Transactions (SR&T) Partner within the Consulting Practice, and later as Chief of Staff to the China CEO of a global consultancy firm, I spearheaded CEO-level strategic priorities and organisational transformation across the APAC region.My professional journey reflects a unique blend of Western and Eastern business perspectives: eight years forged within the City of London, nearly a decade based out of Shanghai navigating Mainland China’s dynamic market landscape, and now anchored in Hong Kong for my current leadership chapter.Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese, I specialise in guiding growth-stage organisations through transformative change, cross-border strategy alignment and complex stakeholder governance.I hold a Master in Finance from Warwick Business School, am a Fellow of ICAEW (The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales), and currently pursue the CFO Executive Program at CEIBS (China Europe International Business School).
