Find potential failures before they happen using the PDM equipment on site, Create Work Requests for Identified RCM related issues, Assist team with uptime improvement efforts, Serve in a leading role for the mill’s PDM Initiative, Actively participate and support them to ensure world class procedures are identified and followed Strive to achieve ISO cleanliness levels and use oil analysis to detect potential problems before they happen, Ownership of all hydraulic units and air compressors.
