Kenneth Schramm

In this position, I work to ensure quality control in the manufacturing process through custom-designed lighting and high-definition camera systems. Serving as the Controls Group's lead, I am responsible for maintaining, replacing, and improving all electrical programs of engineered equipment and robotics and addressing quality concerns. In this role, I train new team members. I have also been the lead for CNC customer sample production.

As the owner of Fast Copy, Inc. and Pittsburg Pro-Print, Inc., I coordinated the overall operations. I directed all team processes for hiring and personnel management. Developing strategies for business growth, sales, and marketing were key to success. I also generated and executed budgeting, purchasing, and payroll plans and maintained printing equipment.

I started my career as a press operator at Leggett and Platt in the printing department. Through my proven work ethic, I was promoted throughout my time there to run the department. I grew the operation from a small-budget, one-person print shop for the corporate office to a full printing services operation, eventually expanding services to the company-wide global operations with a multimillion-dollar budget.
