Network Management Specialist • Led a team of engineers in managing water transmission and distribution network serving 200,000 accounts in the western part of Singapore, including overseeing network expansion and replacement, emergency repairs, and customer interfacing Environmental Policy Analyst • Formulated policies relating to the impact of environmental issues on PUB’s planning and operations • A key member of a multi-agency team that assessed Singapore’s vulnerability to climate change
