Main Business Analyst role on Transaction Monitoring Project. The project aims to deploy a vendor, SAS Institute LTD., product solution, Transaction Monitoring System, to effectively monitor customer cash flow and trade transaction and manage workflow for investigation on suspicious activity.

Act as a system analyst on Customer Information System, FATCA record and reporting system, TU reporting tools. Responsible to derive system solution for bank user's operation, ensure system data quality for internal audit or HKMA requirements. The system performs as a centralised customer information store and integrates with various account systems, front end channels and Data warehouse.

Act as a key system analyst on Fraud Monitoring system (FMR) and SAS Enterprise Fraud Monitoring (SAS EFM). The system includes mainframe CICS, DB2, MQ components to performing data feed and analysis for fraud detection. Responsible for gap data requirement between user and vendor, monitoring rule design and writing, system development, integration design and perform as an advisor for production support.

Perform technical design and develop system changes, testing for Fraud Monitoring system (FMR), including technical component (CICS, MQ, DB2 and batch) and report tuning (refine SQL). Provide production support of FMR system. Also conduct knowledge transfer and lead team member in Guongzhou.

Develop online and batch programs on various projects for eAlert & Internet Banking (PIB)/Phone Banking (PBS) backend system on mainframe, including SIT/UAT test plan design and implementation according to specification.
