● SAP processing of Sales Order, Purchase Order, Good Receipt and Billing Document for Supply Chain Management End to End Process. ● SAP document amendments upon request of the operations team per shipment. ● Daily monitoring of interface creation of process for urgent billing requested by CUS for payment. ● Meeting customer requirements for specific billing based on country. ● Directly contact counterpart manager and seek approval for manual process of urgent shipments that did not interface in SAP. ● Directly contact operations team/shipment creator for any Data Quality issues and approvals for any loss CM1, monitored every shipment (before and after). ● Daily monitoring of shipments relevant date ETD and ETA for shipments with customers billing schedule requirement. ● Monthly monitoring of customer closing date for billing. ● Monthly reporting of revenue not recognized, unbilled Sales Order, Purchase Order with out Goods Receipt and accruals. ● Monitoring of workflows upon receipt of invoice from customer.

● Resolve customer inquiries which include: Benefit, Eligibility and Authorization Information; Claims, Appeals, Billing and Payment Issues; Customer material requests. ● Conference call to correct department if necessary for billing clarifications.
