NGS and RNA-SEQ Analysis Analyzed pathway enrichment analysis of single cell RNA-SEQ data from multiple comparative analysis experiments on cell growth and viability of hematopoietic stem cells to explore biomarkers for improve efficacy and persistence. Stem Cell Differentiation and Functional Assessment: Designed and implemented NK cell studies for antibody drug conjugate cytotoxicity assays, to assess efficacy and persistence of edited cell lines. Assay Development and Implementation: Researched and developed qPCR assays for novel single nucleotide polymorphisms of mitochondrial DNA in collaboration with several companies throughout the world.

Safety Officer (Jan 2019 - Jan 2021) Managed Safety Procedures for the Division of Forensic Toxicology and coordinated safety inspections and personnel safety and accountability.

Focused research on cancer cell metabolism with a specialization on glioblastoma. With the help of several collaborations, I studied the impact of tumor mutation on gene expression in fibrosarcoma, glioblastoma, and leukemia.

As a quizmaster for Geeks Who Drink, I hosted quiz at a local pub. At the microphone, not only is there a lot of interacting with people, but also a bit heckling, improv and crowd control. In addition to running the show, at the end of the night I posted a blog about the night's events with comments, photos, and several running gags throughout the years.
