Professional Highlights: 2023-Present: Launched Expert Solutions, a series of in-depth interviews with industry experts. 2021: Relocated from Malaysia to Singapore due to the extended lockdown and assumed the role of Managing Director at Reeracoen Singapore. 2020: Refocused core operations, strategically withdrawing from China and India. Expanded HR tech services in Thailand. 2018: As Managing Director of Reeracoen Group, expanded the company’s footprint to 17 locations across 11 Asian countries. Led diverse HR services, including talent acquisition, cross-border recruitment, temporary staffing, and owned media. 2015: Established Reeracoen Malaysia while simultaneously overseeing operations in Taiwan, Shanghai, and Hong Kong. Led the establishment of branches in Suzhou, Dalian, and Tianjin over two years. 2009: Served as Healthcare Team Leader at Recruit in Tokyo. 2006: Joined Recruit Agent, leading comprehensive sales operations across the Kyushu region while stationed in Fukuoka. 2003: Founded the NGO Plus One, dedicated to supporting childcare facilities in the Philippines and Cambodia.
