Serve as the key interface between Customer Service and Production Plants to coordinate the export of products to customers and return containers to overseas vendors. Work with overseas distributors and customers on the scheduling and status of shipments. Ensure the compatibility of all shipments per IMDG regulations and provide guidance to plant personnel on all regulatory requirements. Prepare and obtain Booking Requests from Freight Forwarders for export and import orders. Work with plant logistics to Verify and confirm all cylinders are properly loaded onto containers or trailers. Ensure that all shipping documentation is correct and meets regulatory requirements. Prepare complete set of the export documents for Freight Forwarder. Review and approve the Final Documents from the Freight Forwarder and forward to international customers. Maintain the Linde Export Tracker and related reports to provide Customer Service and customers with shipment schedules and status; communicate schedule changes and delays as needed Review and maintain Import and Export files for all shipments. Keep current on all regulatory related issues and certifications. Other duties as assigned.

▪ Responsible for assessing and maintaining an efficient flow for the global supply chain transactional purchase-to-pay and order-to-cash processes, which includes: incoming logistics through to the point of release of goods for sale ▪ Facilitate excellent interpersonal and professional relationships of daily interactions with global external vendors and internal teams: Customer Service, Quality Control, Procurement and Warehouse personnel to ensure all the departments work the process efficiently ▪ Full and direct responsibility for the accuracy of incoming goods information in Business Central through direct interface with suppliers and freight forwarders to determine: shipment estimated time of arrival (ETA), Lot Numbers, pre-shipment samples, and all associated documentation such as Certificates of Analysis, Safety Data Sheets and ISF filings. Full verification that the product documents are properly linked in the ERP system and lot numbers are correct and within expiration date limits ▪ Maintain accurate lists of information in the ERP system: Carrier phone and contact information; links to COAs; links to SDS documents; and customer shipping requirements ▪ Send advance shipping notifications to third-party warehouse for inbound product processing ▪ Process and manage all return authorization requests. This relates equally to customer and supplier return of goods due to rejected or damaged materials ▪ Assist accounting in invoicing out all material PO’s to confirm vendor pricing and pricing in the ERP match ▪ Maintain continuous and efficient speed and work flow in all critical supply chain process areas
