With 12 years specializing in cell therapy and over 20 in healthcare, I've lived the challenges of scaling life-saving therapies. I created CTME as a direct response to our industry's biggest bottleneck, shifting from being an engineer within the system to building the solution for it. My mission is to provide the hands-on, pragmatic leadership required to transform fragile lab workflows into robust, commercially viable products.
