Loading & Unloading: Securely load goods onto the vehicle and unload them at customer locations, often requiring physical effort. Route Optimization: Plan efficient routes and adapt to traffic to ensure timely deliveries. Customer Service: Interact courteously with customers, resolve issues, collect payments, and represent the company well. Documentation: Manage delivery documents, review orders, and prepare reports. Compliance & Policy: Interpreting, implementing, and enforcing public procurement laws and ensuring county policies are followed. Planning & Strategy: Developing annual procurement plans, forecasting needs, and advising county leadership on procurement matters. Sourcing & Tendering: Preparing, publishing, and distributing tender documents, managing the tender opening, and coordinating evaluation of bids. Supplier Management: Maintaining lists of registered suppliers, vetting them, negotiating contracts, and building strong relationships. Contract Management: Monitoring contract implementation, ensuring goods/services meet quality and delivery terms, and handling supplier performance. Financial Oversight: Budget planning, cost control, ensuring payments to suppliers are accurate, and managing procurement records. Reporting & Documentation: Maintaining central procurement records, generating reports, and ensuring transparency for audits.

Business environment has showcased chameleon-character in its dynamic environment. Demands system varying in every fraction of a second calling to a more Agile Supply Chain delivering on time, quality and right goods, services and works to service demand. To achieve competitive edge, every organizations are handcuffed to adopt Value supply chain in there networks. Having navigated into business management and administration in both academics and job I can execute at all-level to executive managerial position and initiate, develop, implement and monitor strategies in question for sustainable administrative and business demands.

Studied for a short course on Customer service management which enlightened on Customer Handling, Phone etiquette, Email Response and Problem Solving for different reactions from customers. This sharpened my Customer Relationship skills thus improving on Customer satisfactions and different level of delivery.
