Worked K-12 at Central Linn School District as an Art Teacher in Brownsville/Halsey, Oregon for three years. I worked in every building and with every age group in the district. While working here I was introduced to CoolSchool, a brand new online learning school based at Linn Benton Educational Services. I developed six courses for them in the areas of art. Due to budget cuts at Central Linn I decided that have another avenue in my portfolio was necessary, so I started another Master's program this time in School Counseling. During my 2nd year in the program I was hired as a School Counselor at Crescent Valley High School. I worked with grades 9-12 in this very high performing school for two years with over 86% of their seniors attending a four year college.
