Over 7 years' experienced in plumbing, drainage, electricity and fit out projects. These projects included residential, commercial renovation and new build construction. I have experience to work with workers, main contractors, developers and consultants. My role is to provide E&M advice to different parties. With my IT background & construction experience, I will ensure projects can be run smoothly within schedule, budget and scope of works. I manage client's expectations by listening to key stakeholders and communicating well with them in a humble and positive manner. I'm a license plumber and license electrician. I have strong technical mindset in E&M & builders works which can help to deal with different kinds of people and learn new technology.
