I am passionate about furniture and design and have been involved in product development ,sourcing,and taking a large variety of furniture And other product to market over recent years I specialise in all forms and areas of this industry including Outdoor,Home Office, lounge,dining,occasional pieces,bedroom and feature pieces ,I also have experience in mattress manufacture and marketing I have been involved in all areas of management including logistics from relatively small operations to reasonably large 100 plus employee operations My objectives are to run a clean,profitable,operation with attention to all facets of the company as I have found a number of companies are obsessed with expansion and turnover while the back end of the business is disintegrating ending with profit reduction or destruction The main reason for the success of any business is communication. Problem resolution is another area sadly lacking in many companies my view on this is fix the problem then argue about who's fault it is later the customer in the current market will not wait while wholesalers and retailers sort out their differences and this causes very bad feedback since the advent of social media
