A qualified accountant and certified internal auditor, with 20 years of corporate internal audit and public accounting firm experience. Industry exposure includes but is not limited to properties, engineering, retail, hotels, IT, trading, manufacturing and ports. Willing to travel and open for relocation. A seasoned internal audit and finance professional, started as an external auditor with Ernst & Young and developed the profession in internal audit and risk management in a Fortune Global 500 Company, Jardine Matheson Group (“JM”), a global conglomerate focused principally on Asia, through managing some key portfolios within JM. Currently is the Head of Compliance at Hutchison Port Holdings Limited, the ports division of CK Hutchison Holdings (“CKHH”), another Fortune Global 500 Company, responsible for the internal control and risk management functions of more than 60 business units including a listed trust, Hutchison Ports Holdings Trust. Prior to joining Hutchison Ports, was the Corporate Governance Director at Konica Minolta.
