- Manage the system delivery of the Core Banking System/Anti money laundering System for the newly developed Hong Kong Branch. - Provide feasibility study and risk assessment on the project during project initialization stage. - Implement project related plans such as implementation plan, risk management plan, project roll-out plan, budget plan and test plan. - Identity hardware/network requirements for the project and perform system design with technical team members. - Work closely with users to obtain user requirements during the planning stage. - Monitor the project progress closely throughout the project life cycle and update senior management in consistent basis. - Work closely with developers and provide technical solutions during the development and verification stage of the project. - Manage communication and maintain relationship between different stakeholders. - Responsible to review functional specification and test cases from technical team during verification stage. - Provide application support after the project rolled out. - Well experience on vendor management and working closely with head office.

- To lead a small team which responsible to implement and develop regulatory reports for finance department of CCB Asia (Hong Kong) as well as oversea branches - To lead a small team which responsible to implement and develop MIS system for CCB Asia (Hong Kong) - Design and develop data model which use ETL process to standardize raw data from each source system and use business intelligence tool for reporting. - Work closely with users to gather requirements and compose user request specification. - Provide technical specification to technical team members and provide code review during development stage. - Responsible to review functional specification and test cases from technical team during verification stage.

- Participate in a teller system revamp project in the role of Senior Analyst Programmer. - System development under struts framework and J2EE platform - Gathering requirements from users and compose user request specification accordingly. - Provide technical solution to junior developers and provide source code review. - Providing UAT and production support on above mentioned application.

- Provide system development under Java Spring framework on applications such as CRM and file imaging system. - Provide server maintenance and shell script programming on AIX server. - Providing UAT and production support on above mentioned applications.
