1. Responsible for procurement department’s business objectives of productivity, quality, delivery and compliance. Achieve yearly business goal aligned with plant team. Develop scorecard to track progress of business objectives and ensure data accurate. 2. Initiate and deploy procurement strategies for continuous improvement on objectives. 3. Define and complete solutions of top offenders on quality and delivery issue timely. Manage purchasing activities of both direct and indirect materials. Drive productivity of purchased products and services, through multiple tools. E.g. negotiation, value engineering. 4. Support supply chain and site functional teams to improve on-time delivery (STR/STS) to customers. 5. Support site departments (E.g. PM, ME) to launch NPI and transition programs. 6. Support Operations Certifications and Audits. Be familiar with ISO9001/IATF16949 management system requirements and knowledges. 7. Manage buyers for routing task and develop team by coaching. 8. Enhance company Core Value and Compliance regulations in business environment.

1. In charge of the purchasing management work of direct and indirect materials, from sourcing to supply chain management. 2. Define plant's purchasing AOP targets, monitor KPI performance and report to CPO & site leader monthly, execute corrective action plan. 3. Lead localization work to support cost down targets, by intensively cooperating with global and local R&D, Engineering, Quality, Production team, etc. 4. Coordinate and support transfer projects from North America, Europe and Singapore, build up supply chain in local plant, follow the project schedule and promise mass production on time. 5. Monitor suppliers' performance, trace correction action plan from non-performing suppliers and follow up. 6. Optimize purchasing team members' duty allocation, train and motivate them to behave and support teamwork in a best way. 7. Supply chain and planning management and optimization, ensure on time delivery for production. 8. Operate according initialized Global Sourcing Optimization project strategies, cooperate with global commodity managers for cost down negotiation with suppliers. 9. Monitor supply risk overall, arrange risk mitigation work in advance, ensure least influence to supply chain. 10. Purchasing procedure monitor execution and optimization. 11. Report on annual management review meeting, define purchasing work focus and act accordingly.

1. Lead project purchasing work, including quotation, nomination, and project initiating work. In charge of die casting, plastic molding, cutting tube, surface treatment and other commodities. 2. Lead and support buyers' work, in charge of sample phase purchasing work, also lead buyers’ work from beginning of SOP, both on delivery and quality side, including import parts business. 3. Lead capital investment purchasing work, MRO purchasing work. 4. Supplier management work, including new project development timing and quality issue solve either before or after SOP. 5. New supplier sourcing work, support develop new suppliers. Successfully developed die casting, plastic molding and surface treatment suppliers. 6. Help direct supervisor set up full year PPV and SOP target, report monthly to NA headquarter. 7. Customer audit relating work and customer complaint issue related work. 8. Cost saving work on yearly price down negotiation work and VAVE work. 9. Purchasing procedure optimization and monitor the execution. 10. Risk monitoring and evaluation, minimize supply chain risk.
