* Coordinate with architects, property owners, engineers and inspectors to bring construction projects in on time and within budget. * Build teams of sub contractors to efficiently get the job done. * Estimate new construction and remodels. Accounting for labor cost, material cost, time line, blue print reading and customer needs. * Schedule material drops, man power, city inspections and customer meetings to ensure the project is brought to a successful completion. * Hands on installation of framing, electrical, plumbing, sheet-rock, finish carpentry and tile. * Draw customer blue prints for city permits taking into account building code, ADA code, energy efficiency and budget constraints.

Design process recipes for physical vapor deposition chambers, such as Copper, Tantalum, Aluminum, Cobalt and Pre-Clean. * Collaborate with customers (Intel, Motorola, IBM) on chamber process parameters. * Trouble-shoot chamber design issues utilizing rotating magnets and e-static chuck. * Develop, implement, and maintain methods, operation sequence and processes in the fabrication of parts, components, sub-assemblies and final assemblies. * Solved mathematical formulas for Design Engineer and R&D team to optimize new products.

* Manage 15 direct reports on operations of the Endura SL 200mm product introduction in Pilot manufacturing. * Enable Pilot Manufacturing Organization to meet the Endura SL 200mm production ramp of 400 Million Dollars in revenue. * Work closely with Design Engineering organizations in the PBG to transfer R&D product from Engineering to Pilot Mfg. * Responsible for budget forecast and asset allocation for my department.

Manage "Non System Orders" to ship to customers on committed ship dates. * Coordinate strategic issues between materials, OPP&C, Integration and Engineering. * Lead integration team to achieve on time build, test and shipment of NSO's. * Organize assembly, final test and shipping departments to finalize product build.

Test, calibrate, and trouble shoot Endura and Centura platforms. * Special emphasis on ultra high vacuum and robotics. * Provided support for Research and Design and Software groups to further improve processes and product quality.
