Currently serving as a leader of ten "communities" of online missionaries and their respective community leaders, who serve remotely around the world. The responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to advising community leaders and missionaries on spiritual and cultural considerations, performance evaluation, encouraging and challenging missionaries, exploring ways to increase engagement and effectiveness, conflict resolution, and communicating ministry guideline information and changes.

Coordinated and led outreach to the Juvenile Detention Center in Lima, PA. Created ice breakers and conversation topics around a Biblical theme. Used this as a starting point to build trust and engage detainees on current and past life challenges and discussed ways to build a better, more stable future.

Responsible for the oversight of the church, including but not limited to: spiritual leadership and pastoral duties, vision/goal setting, organizational development, policy review/writing, budget forecasting and allocation, financial oversight and accountability, management, property management and development, member engagement initiatives, leadership development, SWOT analysis, and conflict resolution, staff recruitment, setting agendas and leading board meetings.

Teaching "eLearning Design" course for the Saint Joseph's University Graduate Program, Organizational Development and Leadership. (Fall Semesters)

Support growth and revenue generation of the Sun Home Loans mortgage business by developing and delivering training programs for new and existing employees that are designed to meet company objectives.

* Trainer and Instructional Designer for the Corporate, Wholesale, and Retail training needs of a mortgage finance company. * Trained 1500 plus employees in 2007 and over 500 plus employees up to June 2008, which included over 500 hours of training in two years. * Create and maintain over 300 detailed training manuals / quick reference guides. * Managed new hire training process for the retail division. These loan officers generated over $10 million. * Led training effort for company’s Management Training Program. Assisted in the recruiting and interviewing of candidates. * Developed company’s pilot internship program for college students.
